Less Airbnb, more of your own money. Here's exactly how we're doing it.

Airbnb just handed us the best excuse we've ever had to stop relying on them.

Their commission hike means there's no longer a penalty for listing everywhere, including taking bookings direct.

Across our community of over 3,000 alumni, we're now averaging 50% direct bookings — real money staying in our pockets, and real independence from algorithms built for someone else's business, not ours.

We've partnered with Lodgify, the channel manager we rate above every other we've tested, to make that shift straightforward.

So, time to pick your entry point and make the move:

• Talk it through — book a demo with their team, real people who know the real in’s and out’s of hosting.

• Try it yourself — 7 days free, no pressure.

• Ready now ? Get 60% off Professional or Ultimate plans with code HOSTING60.

Always in your corner, team THM & community.
